Blown Fiber vs Spun Fiber vs Chopped Fiber
The fiber diameter and fiber length for these three type bulk is different.Dia of blown fiber bulk is 2-4mm,spun fiber bulk is 3-5mm.The length of spun fiber is also longer than blown fiber.Spun fiber length is 150-250mm,blown fiber is 100-200mm.The chopped fiber is mainly used for vacuum formed production. Different grade fibers are chosed according to various usage.
